Please note that these are general guidelines. If you are between sizes, choosing the smaller bike will give you more stand-over clearance and choosing the larger will give you more room for your upper body (from the saddle to the handlebars).

Road Bike Sizing
Below are some general guidelines for choosing a proper size road bike. There is some overlap in the sizing and it may be possible for you to ride one of two different sizes. The Trek bikes we use have a more upright performance style geometry. This allows some additional flexibility in fitting for comfort and high performance. If you find this confusing or are unsure of your size, don't worry! Just give us a call and we'll help you choose the right size when you make your reservation.
